A bit about me

I help product teams stay focused and deliver better results.

With 15+ years across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise, I’ve led design strategy, built cross-functional teams, and shaped product thinking in fintech, e-commerce, health, and sustainability.

I’ve worked with clients in the US 🇺🇸, Switzerland 🇨🇭, Germany 🇩🇪, Japan 🇯🇵, Norway 🇳🇴, Sweden 🇸🇪, and Poland 🇵🇱 - often inside fast-moving, multicultural orgs.

My background in psychology gives me a systems lens - across people, decisions, and outcomes.

I designed and led a postgraduate UX program, supporting 200+ students entering the industry, and worked directly with C-level teams to help design shift from reactive to strategic.
